Frank Maguire, Chief Executive Officer (appointed April 2003)

Frank has 25 years of business development and general management medical device experience with companies such as American Hospital Supply Corporation, C.R. Bard, and Baxter Healthcare and more recently as President of Imaging and Power Systems. He participated in the start up of Symbion as Director of Operations and as the Vice-President and General Manager of Baxter Research Medical.

He holds a BA in Economics from the State University of New York where he attended as a Regent's Scholar and an MBA from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA.

Frank joined AorTech on July 1, 2002 and was appointed to the Board as CEO on July 1, 2003.
