The Company was informed on 12 August 2011 that, on that day, Frank Maguire, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of £1.92 per Ordinary Share. 

Mr. Maguire is now the beneficial owner of 106,050 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.19% of the issued share capital of the Company.
