The Company was informed on 18 May 2010 that, on that day, Jon Pither, Chairman of the Company, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of £1.70 per Ordinary Share.  Mr. Pither is now the beneficial owner of 25,050 Ordinary Shares representing 0.52% of the total number of Company shares in issue (4,832,778).
